Kanniyakumri | 3rd may, 2025 – The Global Human Peace University (GHPU) was honored to welcome Shri. A. Thiruneela Prasad, B.Sc., B.L., as the Chief Guest at the prestigious Honorary Doctorate Award Ceremony held on 3rd May 2025 in Kanniyakumari.

A respected figure in the Indian judiciary, Shri. Thiruneela Prasad served with distinction as Principal Special Judge for the CBI Court, Chennai, and is presently the President of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Thoothukudi District. As a retired District Judge, he is known for his unwavering commitment to justice, fairness, and judicial integrity.

Throughout his distinguished judicial career, he handled numerous high-profile and sensitive cases, earning the trust of both the legal community and the public. His approach has always emphasized upholding the rule of law and ensuring timely justice for all, especially the underprivileged.
